We are always looking for new exhibitors, especially those who have new or unique products or services. And most former exhibitors are welcome to return.
In order to receive an invitation to exhibit, you must complete the application form and mail or fax it to us. We recommend that you also mail us brochures or other pertinent literature about your business, including photos of your booth at other shows you may have attended.
Exhibitor Application
Booth size at all shows is 10' by 10'. This is piped and draped. At some shows you may have to provide or rent the booth furniture and pay for electricity. If this is crucial to your decision to apply for exhibitor space, please give us a call for more details.

2011 BOOTH COSTS: Call for quote
Corners may be available, if so, there is an additional charge. Call us for details. 1-866-481-2393.
Specific booth space is assigned by one of the show directors, Chuck Furimsky, before the show date. Chuck does his best to give everyone what they want, based on the booth preference they list on their contract; and for the best exhibitor mix for the attendees. Exhibitors at all our shows are in one big room - no one is in another building.
If we can help you decide whether or not to apply, please give us a call. 1-866-481-2393.
Acceptance of exhibitors is based on several factors:
o How closely related are your goods and services to fly fishing and the Catch-and-Release or sport fishing ethic?
o How will your booth enhance the fly fishing only focus of our shows?
o At how many of our shows will you exhibit?
o What are the chances you will be back next year?
o Will you work with us to ensure the success of the show?
o And how unique is your product, service, or geographical location?
Door Prize Program:
Participating in this program is one sure way to make you stand out. Depending on the prize you will receive some or all of the following:
o be named and your logo shown on program given out at the show
o allowed to put out promotional materials in the lobby and other appropriate places
o listed on the number one fly fishing show website in the US
o a flexible booth payment schedule
o other considerations for special prizes are possible
